By making\na booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions\nas they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By\nmaking a booking with us, you confirm that you are 18 years old or over. You\nalso confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing\nthe Service from our company will be correct. You are fully responsible for any\nconsequences resulting from your details being provided incorrectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RINA\nHOLIDAYS S.R.L. (referred to in the agreement as \u2018we\u2019, \u2018us\u2019 or \u2018our\u2019) may alter\nthese terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our\nwebsite, following which all use of our website will be governed by the new\nversion. The terms governing the purchase and use of any Service will be the\nterms in place at the time of your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure\nby either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not\nconstitute a waiver of that right or remedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nhave used our best efforts to ensure that this agreement fully complies with\nthe laws of Romania. However, we cannot confirm that this agreement is\nappropriate or available for use in locations outside of Romania. If any\nprovision or term of these terms and conditions shall become or be declared\nillegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or\nprovision shall be deleted but the remaining provisions shall continue with\nfull effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This\ncontract has been drafted in English. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless\nstated otherwise in this contract, should there be any inconsistency between\nthis contract and any other terms and conditions on our web page or documents,\nthis contract is to be considered valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\nany possible debates or questions not covered by this contract, the laws of\nRomania shall have effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These\nterms and conditions, together with the privacy policy, any order form and\npayment method instructions, if any, replace all other terms and conditions\npreviously applicable to the use of our website and\/or sale of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.\nContracting Parties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These\nbooking conditions cover all bookings made through our website, including\nbookings made directly through our distributors or agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\ntravel contract is established between the Client and RINA HOLIDAYS S.R.L. The\ncontract is effective from the time the confirmation of the booking is sent to\nyou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nmay transfer or subcontract any or all our rights and obligations under these\nterms and conditions at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\nServices are provided to you for private domestic use only. The contract\nbetween you and our company is a consumer contract. Accordingly, we do not\naccept any liability for any business loss caused by the unsatisfactory\nfulfilment of your Service order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou are booking via a Travel Agent, please note that you do not have a valid\ncontract with us until full payment and all data necessary for the successful\nfulfilment of your order has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\ncase the booking was not made by the Client but another person, or the booking\nis for more than one Client, we assume that all Clients agree to provide their\npersonal details to us and make a statement to accept all terms and conditions\nin this contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\npromise that all Services you purchase from our web site will be performed with\nreasonable skill and care and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance\nwith our agreement. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and\ninformation published on our web site are accurate, but regrettably errors do\noccur, and we reserve the right to rectify such errors before your booking is\nconfirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.\nOur Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\ncompany offers the following 2 types of Services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regular\/\nShared Tours:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These\ntours run on a regular basis as indicated in their description. Depending on\nthe number of requests we have, regular\/ shared tours are operated with cars\/ minibuses\nor coaches. When booking a regular tour, you acknowledge the fact that you will\nhave your own seat\/s and will be travelling together with other tourists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou book a regular\/shared tour you will be picked up from the\nfixed&nbsp;departure point&nbsp;at the time mentioned in your confirmation. We\noffer hotel pick-up\/ drop-off as an additional service on request. In this\ncase, the pick-up\/ drop-off time can vary. As the vehicle is following an\nitinerary in order to pick-up clients from other hotels or addresses, minor\ndelays in the pick-up time caused by multiple stops give rise to no debate or\nclaim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\ntours are organized in the days and within the opening hours of the visited\nsites (castles, palaces, monuments, nature, etc.) and we do our best to ensure\nthat they will be open for visitors at the moment you arrive, but we are not\nresponsible in case these sites are closed for visitors due to unforeseen\nreasons and without prior notice while the tour is taking place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\ntours\u2019 prices do not include the entrance fees at the visited sites (unless\nother specified in the tour\u2019s description). The entrance is optional, and the\nfees will be paid by the client at the ticket desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Private\ntours:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Private\ntours are organized at client\u2019s request. In this case you will not travel with\nother tourists in the same vehicle and you will be the only beneficiary of the\nservices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou book a private tour you will be picked up from the hotel or address you\nhave indicated when you made the booking at the time mentioned in your\nconfirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\ntours are organized in the days and within the opening hours of the visited\nsites (castles, palaces, monuments, nature, etc.) and we do our best to ensure\nthat they will be open for visitors at the moment you arrive, but we are not\nresponsible in case these sites are closed for visitors due to unforeseen\nreasons and without prior notice while the tour is taking place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\ntours\u2019 prices do not include the entrance fees at the visited sites (unless\nother specified in the tour\u2019s description). The entrance is optional, and the\nfees will be paid by the client at the ticket desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.\nOrdering<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\nservices can be ordered in 2 ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Online\nbooking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\ncan order our services through our website with a valid credit or debit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To\nmake a booking, please choose the desired service (date, destination, type,\nnumber of travelers) and follow the instructions on our webpage. After you have\ngiven all the data necessary for the service booking and the payment and\nconfirmed your order, you will be sent an automatic confirmation e-mail to the\ne-mail address given. Please read this carefully, as it contains important information\u2019s\nabout your booked services. If you did not receive your confirmation message,\nplease check your spam or junk or bulk folders of your email and if you still\ndo not have it please call us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ncan only accept online bookings minimum 2 days prior to departure time with\nsome exceptions mentioned on each tour\u2019s description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\norder to be provided a quality service, clients are required to give us their\nmobile phone and e-mail contact. Should you fail to provide us a mobile number\nand an e-mail address we can contact you at, we do not take any responsibility\nfor notifying you about possible changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nwill not be liable for any losses and expenses you may have, should you fail to\nnotify us about your confirmation not having been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only\nclients with valid bank or credit cards can make reservations through our\nwebpage. We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal for which we do not\nbill administrative fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Online\ndispute resolution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/main\/?event=main.home2.show\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Online\npayment has 2 steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Provide personal information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This\ninformation is necessary in order to process the reservation. We are using an\nencrypted connection (SSL 128 bytes). Personal data are not transferred to any\nthird party, neither by RINA HOLIDAYS. Please be very careful in filling in the\ndata and introducing the persons and addresses for confirmation and invoicing.\nThe confirmation will be sent via email. The email address is very important!\nAn incorrect email address will slow down the process of reservation. Moreover,\nRINA HOLIDAYS S.R.L. will be unable to contact and to inform you about the\nstatus of your reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Provide details of the credit card<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou chose the option \u201cPayment by debit\/credit card\u201d it is necessary to fill in\nthe form with details of your card. For payments with Visa (Visa\/Visa Electron)\nand MasterCard (Mastercard\/Maestro) we are using \u201c3-D Secure\u201d system developed\nby these organizations which assure a high level of security for online\ntransactions. \u201c3-D Secure\u201d assures the fact that no information about your card\nis transferred or hosted, at any time, on our servers and the information is\nonly transmitted in Visa and MasterCard systems. Moreover, \u201c3-D Secure\u201d is an\nidentity authentication system. The authentication process is based on the\nsecurity code known only by the holder and take place only on Visa and\nMasterCard servers. \u201c3-D Secure\u201d permits online shopping with any Visa and\nMasterCard, including debit cards, electronic cards (Visa Electron and\nMaestro). Even the virtual cards issued by these organizations are accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should\nyou attempt booking with a credit card that has insufficient funds, is expired\nor you are not the owner of the card, you will be liable for all charges and\nconsequences of doing so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Offline\nbooking (telephone or email)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\ncan make reservations through our call center at the phone number +40 742333338,\non workdays, between 9-18 local time or via e-mail, giving the following data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>the requested tour<\/li><li>the date when you prefer to do the tour<\/li><li>the time when you prefer to start the tour<\/li><li>the hotel you stay at (or other address) in\nBucharest<\/li><li>full name and mobile telephone of the leading\npassenger<\/li><li>number of travelers<\/li><li>name and address to be written on the invoice<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nthis case we can only accept bookings minimum 1 day prior to departure\ndepending on the availability. In case of telephone or email booking, you can\nchoose to pay for the services directly to our driver\/guide (cash only) or\nonline by credit card (we will send you a special link for payment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After\nprocessing your enquiry, we will send you an email confirmation. Please read\nthis carefully, as it contains important information about your booked\nservices. If you did not receive your confirmation message, please check your\nspam or junk or bulk folders of your email and if you still don\u2019t have it\nplease call us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.\nOrder confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\nsuccessful bookings, our company sends you a confirmation e-mail. Please read\nthis carefully, as it contains important information about your booked\nservices. If you did not receive your confirmation message, please check your\nspam or junk or bulk folders of your email and if you still don\u2019t have it\nplease call us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ndo our best to ensure that every passenger will get their confirmation in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This\nconfirmation will contain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>reference number<\/li><li>the confirmed tour<\/li><li>the date of the tour<\/li><li>the time the tour starts<\/li><li>the pick-up hotel (or other address) in\nBucharest<\/li><li>full name and mobile telephone of the leading\npassenger<\/li><li>number of travelers<\/li><li>amount paid or to be paid<\/li><li>emergency phone numbers<\/li><li>problem-solving advice for frequent\noccurrences.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nwill not be liable for any services that failed to be fulfilled because the\nClients did not use the information included to solve their problem, whatever\nthe cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.\nPassengers\u2019 responsibilities during the time of travel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyour travel plans change or cancel, please notify us as soon as you can! If you\ncannot board our vehicles at the time and place stated on the confirmation,\nplease call us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou are at the pick-up point at the time agreed and cannot find our driver\/ vehicle,\nor you cannot find the meeting point, please contact us as soon as possible on\nthe emergency line (the phone numbers are in the confirmation)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nwill not be liable for any services that failed to be fulfilled because the\nClients did not use the information or the suggested problem-solving methods on\ntheir confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please\nnotice that smoking, eating and alcohol drinking are&nbsp;forbidden at the\nboard of our vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.\nTransfer cancellation, variation on our initiative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nreserve the right to refuse any order placed by you. In the event that we have\nto cancel your booking we will send an email to advise you at least 24 hours\nbefore your travel. An alternative may be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nthe Service had to be cancelled or modified because of force major events\n(circumstances unforeseeable or beyond our control), we will do our best to\nnotify you as soon as we can. However, in such cases, we cannot take\nresponsibility for any losses you may suffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nour company cannot provide you with the service you ordered due to the fault of\nour employees or suppliers, we will refund to you the price paid for the\nordered service. In this case our liability will be limited to the price of the\nbooked Service. (for details please see\u201d If you have a complaint\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nreserve the right to modify the pick-up time for any Service if necessary.\nAbout such modifications we will contact our clients at least 3 hours before\ndeparture, on the mobile phone number they gave us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.\nVariation, cancellation on the Passenger\u2019s initiative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Variation\nof your booking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyour booking details change, you can amend your booking up to 3 workdays prior\nto your departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All\nrequests for variation should be sent to our e-mail address. We will do our\nbest to provide you an alternative service for your changed booking details,\nbut we cannot guarantee that all variation requests will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\nday trips that do not involve accommodation, half \u2013 day or 1-day trips: Free\ncancellation up to&nbsp;<strong>48 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;before activity starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\n2 day or longer trips that involve accommodation: If you cancel at least 7 days\nin advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you\ncancel between 4 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is\na&nbsp;<strong>30%<\/strong>&nbsp;cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou cancel within 3 days of the scheduled departure or No Show, there is\na&nbsp;<strong>100%<\/strong>&nbsp;cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\norder to cancel your booking please send us an email. If you do not get a\nconfirmation of your cancellation by email, please call us. We are not\nresponsible if your email message did not reach us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.\nPrices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\nall bookings, clients must pay the prices enlisted on our website at the time\nof their booking. Should these prices change between the date of booking and\nthe travel date in any way, this price difference has no influence on the valid\nbookings whatsoever, and serves no ground for any claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.\nChildren as our passengers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children\nunder 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children\nunder 3 years of age do not require a ticket of their own if they travel in the\nattending adult\u2019s lap (only one child per adult.) For children 3 years and\nabove a ticket must be purchased as they occupy a seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please\ncarefully check each tour\u2019s description for children discounts if applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\ncompany can provide child seats for free. If you demand a child seat, please\ncontact us to inquire. If parents choose to use a car seat, we recommend they\ntake their own to ensure safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nclients choose to use or take a child seat, then the child must be included in\nthe total number of passengers travelling regardless of their age, as a seat in\nthe vehicle will be required. A ticket must be purchased for the child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ndo not charge our clients for the transportation of the perambulators and\ncarrying baskets of the children on the passenger list. Please inform us at the\ntime of booking if you wish to travel with access baggage including, but not\nlimited to, perambulators, carrying baskets or other oversized items. This is\nto ensure that the vehicles can accommodate you. Should you fail to notify us\nat the time of booking, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred in\nthe carriage of such items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11.\nPassengers challenged with physical disability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ndo not charge our clients for the transportation of the appliances (e.g.\nwheelchairs) necessary for our disabled passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please\ninform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with access baggage.\nThis is to ensure that our&nbsp;vehicles can accommodate you. Should you fail\nto notify us at the time of booking, you will be liable for any additional\ncosts incurred in the carriage of such items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou wish to travel with your seeing-eye dog or any similar helping animal,\nplease contact our customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12.\nBehavior<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nreserve the right to refuse carriage to any person (both before and throughout\nthe tours) who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>is thought to be under the influence of\nalcohol or drugs<\/li><li>has an infectious disease<\/li><li>attempts to smoke or consume alcohol in the\nvehicle<\/li><li>does or most probably would pollute the\nvehicle with his\/her clothing or baggage<\/li><li>whose behavior is disruptive in any way and\/or\naffects the passengers\u2019 safety or that of the driver of the vehicle<\/li><li>acts in any way that is prohibited by the laws\nin Romania.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nwe have to refuse to provide you the booked service for any of the reasons\nabove, we do not accept liability for any extra costs incurred by you\/or your\nparty as a result of our doing so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13.\nLuggage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\nservice fee includes the transportation of one piece of hand baggage per\nperson. If you would like to travel with baggage that exceeds this limitation\nin size and\/or quantity, please inform us at the time of booking. Should you\nfail to do so, we cannot guarantee your luggage will be transported, as the\ncapacities of our vehicles are limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou would like to travel with luggage of extra size or shape, (e.g. certain\nsports devices and musical instruments) please contact our customer service\nright after booking to ensure that a suitable vehicle will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ndo not charge our clients for the transportation of the perambulators and\ncarrying baskets of the children on the passenger list; or wheelchairs and\nsimilar devices of our passengers. Please inform us at the time of booking if\nyou wish to travel with access baggage including, but not limited to,\nperambulators, wheelchairs or other oversized items. This is to ensure that the\nvehicles can accommodate you. Should you fail to notify us at the time of\nbooking, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred in the carriage\nof such items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ndo not transfer animals in our vehicles (except seeing-eye dogs and similar\nhelping animals. If you would like to travel with your helping animal, please\ninform us at the time of your booking).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ndo not accept responsibility for any damage or loss in your luggage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ncan only store items left in our vehicles for 2 weeks. If you would like us to\ntake your items to your address, please note that you will be charged the cost\nof the ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.\nIf&nbsp;you have a complaint&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou would like to complain about a problem you encountered with the service\nprovided, please inform us by sending an e-mail. Please attach your booking\nconfirmation code to your letter to help us identify your order. We will endeavor\nto investigate the matter and notify you about our decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please\nnote that any complaints must be received in writing to our email address\nwithin 28 days of the return booking date. Failure to notify us of your\ncomplaint within 28 days does largely affect our ability to investigate the\nmatter complained of, and therefore we cannot accept complaints for services\nlater than 28 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyour claim for reimbursement is accepted as rightful, the reimbursement of the\namount paid will be transferred to your account within 30 days from the receipt\nof your necessary bank details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please\nnote that our liability for services unfulfilled is limited to the fee paid\nunder the given order code!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nthe service delivered by us is not what you ordered or is not performed with\nreasonable skill and care due to the fault of our employees, agents or\nsuppliers, we will refund to you the price paid for the ordered service. We\nwill not be responsible for any claim arising as a result of any event or\ncircumstance that we or the supplier(s) of the service in question could not\nhave predicted or prevented. This may include (but is not limited to) an\noccurrence of force major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ncannot accept any responsibility for delays reasonable or unavoidable, caused\nby the nature of our services (e.g. traffic conditions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15.\nData protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\norder to process your booking, we need to collect certain personal details from\nyou. These will include, where applicable, the names, addresses and telephone\nnumbers of Passengers, credit\/debit card or other payment details and special\nrequirements such as those relating to any disability or medical condition\nwhich may affect the chosen booking. In order to process your order, we may\nshare your information with our suppliers or other involved third party. We\nwill provide only the personally identifiable information necessary to ensure\nthe successful fulfilment of your travel arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where\nyou provide us with personal details relating to any special requirements\nand\/or details of any illnesses, disabilities, you consent to this information\nbeing passed onto any organization or companies responsible for any part of\nyour travel arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nwill not pass any information on to any company and\/or organization not\nresponsible for providing any part of your travel arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\ninformation may also be provided to the authorities as required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou make a successful booking with us, we are entitled to assume you do not\nobject to our doing any of the things mentioned above, even without notifying\nyou in advance; unless you tell us otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>16.\nContact<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou would like to modify or cancel your booking, if you have a complaint or you\nhave questions regarding transfer issues, please send us an e-mail.
